Track your cycle if you still have one. Note the irregularities. Note the days where the 'brain fog' is worse. Bring a list of 40 symptoms. Show them that while VMS is absent, the rest of the clinical profile is present and debilitating.
Ask for a DEXA scan. If you are in menopause, your bone density is at risk. This is an objective medical test that has nothing to do with whether or not you are sweaty. It proves the impact of estrogen loss on your physical structure.
What is a waste of time

What actually works
