Digital Access & Subscription Terms Menopauseapedia provides immediate access to digital health tracking, symptom analysis, and clinical reporting tools. By starting your subscription, you receive immediate digital delivery of these services.

3-Day Trial Period All new memberships begin with an initial 3-day trial period.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 3-day trial directly within your account settings to prevent any recurring billing charges.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial concludes, your selected recurring subscription plan will automatically activate and bill to your payment method on file.

Refund Policy (Case-by-Case Review) Because access to the digital platform and proprietary symptom mapping engine is granted immediately upon activation, standard automatic refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or forgotten cancellations.

However, we understand that extenuating circumstances happen. Refund requests are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
