What is 'Osteopenia' and how is it different from Osteoporosis?

What is a waste of time
Menopause teas and 'bone-building' herbals are marketing scams. There is no herbal tea on earth that can replace the bone-protective effects of systemic estrogen. Do not waste money on 'alkaline water' or 'pH balancing diets' for bone health.
Standard multivitamins are useless for bone density. They do not contain enough Vitamin D3 or Calcium to move the needle. Most 'calcium gummies' are made of calcium carbonate, which is poorly absorbed and can cause kidney stones.
